Blue Rose

Blue Rose is a five piece folk/rock country inspired group based out of Chicago. Their original music is described as 'relatable emotive story-telling with an edge.' They write what they feel and feel what they write, hoping to inspire listeners to connect and come along for the ride.

Members include Jori Rose Griffith (lead vocals/guitar), Marcus Gebauer (lead guitar), Nicholas Kapche (bass guitar), Eric Matteson (drums), and Marty Smith (guitar/vocals).  In a serendipitous turn of events, they met by chance at a local bar, became great friends and musical collaborators, and formed a group that feels like it only comes around once in a Blue Moon.

In just over a year, they've taken Chicago by storm, playing shows and festivals all over town as well as writing and recording their first album, 'Blue Moon,' to be released in 2024.
